Conduct comprehensive environmental scan, peer benchmarking, and extensive stakeholder interviews/listening sessions across all missions and campuses.
Phase 2
Strategic Framework & Future State Development
Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 2026
Formulate the future-state vision, define strategic pillars, and clarify the complementary roles of our regional campuses and Twin Cities hub.
Phase 3
Strategic Priorities & Initiative Development
Jan. 1 - Feb. 29, 2027
Translate the framework into a focused portfolio of initiatives across four core domains: Education, Research, Clinical Affairs, and Community/Regional Impact.
Phase 4
Implementation Planning & Roadmap Development
March 1 - April 30, 2027
Sequence initiatives into a multi-year roadmap, design governance structures, and create a performance measurement dashboard.
Phase 5
Strategy Alignment, Communication, & Mobilization
May 1 - Jun 15, 2027
Launch stakeholder alignment activities, deploy leadership toolkits, and roll out comprehensive internal/external communication plans.
